The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policy sets a milestone that represents the spirit of our culture and generates a challenge regarding our responsibility to create inclusive work spaces that guarantee the dignity of all our collaborators and stakeholders.

With this policy we want to deepen our current practices related to promoting an inclusive, of equity and diversity work culture, and also to promote inclusive environments with our stakeholders, such as suppliers and relationship communities.

Three principles are the basis of our DEI policy:

(i) encourage the participation of every member of the company in DEI actions;

(ii) to build work environments that are diverse and free of discrimination;

(iii) impact the environment, promoting these concepts with our stakeholders, such as suppliers and communities with which we work.
